By accessing or using Givsync, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. 

Description of Service 

Givsync is a cloud-based software platform designed to help non-profit organizations streamline operations, manage data, and enhance customer experiences. The app integrates with Microsoft 365 and offers tools for appointment scheduling, data reporting, and workflow automation. 

Eligibility 

Givsync is intended for use by registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. By using the app, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of such an organization. 

User Responsibilities 

You agree to: 

  • Provide accurate and complete information. 

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes. 

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. 

  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform. 

Intellectual Property 

All content, trademarks, and software associated with Givsync are the property of Givsync or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent. 

Data Ownership 

You retain ownership of all data you input into Givsync. We do not claim ownership of your content but require a license to host and process it as needed to provide the service. 

Termination 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Givsync at our discretion, especially in cases of misuse or violation of these terms. 

Limitation of Liability 

Givsync is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from your use of the app. 

Modifications 

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
